Bottoming: Get to know your body functions
It is impossible to meaningfully discuss the floor without addressing the elephant in the room. This elephant is feces. If you are somehow too squeamish or offended by the subject then “Good luck to you and now is the time for you to go.” For those who want to learn more, please read on.
Getting to know your body functions and working with them will change your life. There are lifelong bottoms that have never relaxed during sex for fear of their bowels opening up on the penis of a top. This means that they are in a state of constant fear and hypervigilance, in part to fully tighten the pelvic floor muscles to avoid someone falling on the chair. It’s not a way to enjoy yourself.
The first thing you need to understand is digestion and what is normal for you. It takes between two and five days for the food to get through you. That being said, there is a tremendous variety of toilet plans that are considered to be within normal limits. Three times a day to once or twice a week can be considered normal. You need to know your toilet plan and what is normal for you.
Here is a list of the must-see toilets:
- Know your toilet plan. If you’re not regular, your stool isn’t shaped and cigar-shaped in consistency, or if you feel like you’re not completely empty, take fiber pills. You almost certainly won’t be able to endure enough fiber to be effective. Take the pills. Fiber pills also help reduce gas. There are many fiber products. A very popular product is Pure for Men. It is a blend of natural ingredients such as chia seeds, aloe vera, flaxseed and psyllium husk that offers the benefit of both soluble and insoluble fiber. There are additional health benefits from getting enough fiber, including lower cholesterol and blood sugar. The regime is very simple:
- Take the product twice a day
- Take the product with 16 ounces of water
- Every time you open your bowel, you should try to empty it completely. If you want to make sure, use an onion enema as directed with no more than 100ml volume. Now comes a warning. The use of enema of any kind should be limited to the times when you feel the need for extra security to keep the floor clean. Enemas or showers should not be used casually or for normal daily toilet visits. This can cause your bowels to become dependent on enemas to evacuate stool.
Don’t over shower. Too much water can dry out the intestinal lining. Excessive amounts of fluid can stretch your bowel over time and lead to many problems, including chronic constipation and altered nerve control over bowel movements. There is no need to do a high colon lavage. A gentle irrigation of the terminal end of the intestine is all that is required.
The desire to open the bowel is a common feeling during penetration. If you have strengthened your stool by adding fiber and enough water, feeling empty and clean after opening your bowels, whether you have showered or not, the feeling should pass after a while as there is no material. Gain more confidence and understanding of this feeling and try to stimulate your anal canal and rectum with your finger or a dildo after you’ve finished your preparation. If you feel like you need to deflate, it is due to one of two things. It will simply be a reflex that feels like you need to evacuate and that will stop when your body realizes that you are completely empty or when you have been ineffective in one or more of your preparatory steps.
