Refuel your self: earlier than, throughout and after coaching
Wouldn't we all love to drive a Lamborghini, Maserati or Ferrari? But we can't all afford one. Or can we? Back when I was a flag girl for car racing (don't judge me) I learned a thing or two about cars.
What makes luxury cars so desirable? Do the curves of the frame, the candy-colored paint or the luxurious interior increase the value of the vehicle? While these features may be the first to catch your eye, a car's real value lies in its engine.
A Lamborghini can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds. A Toyota Corolla, which I would say is far more economical and achievable for most, can go from 0 to 60 mph in about 10.5 seconds. That is a big time difference! However, if you take the budget Toyota Corolla and make changes to improve performance, the Toyota could destroy a stock Lamborghini in a street race.

Give it high octane fuel and inject some laughing gas, use performance oil and do routine maintenance and this Toyota will start to go up in value. Once the engine work is done, the next logical step is to get a body kit, some nice rims, better tires and a new paint job. Now the Toyota is giving this Lamborghini a run for its money.
Why in the world am I talking to you about cars? This isn't a Fast & Furious audition, but it's a primary metaphor for the transformative abilities of the human body.

I am a busy girl – a mother of three (my youngest child is a toddler), certified personal trainer, writer, student and entrepreneur who is passionate about running my business on a budget. When I got the chance to work with NOW Sports to take this Toyota from zero to hero, I pounced.

Most days I start my day around 5am and really enjoyed the B-12 Energy Boost Sticks.
