Directions

Preheat your grill to medium to high heat.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, spices, coriander, red onions, and green pepper.

Take each of the balls and divide them in half. Shape one half into a flat pie with a slight indentation in the middle and place a handful of grated cheese in the middle.
